FoldersSynchronizer overview
FoldersSynchronizer is a powerful and popular utility for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) which synchronizes and backs-up files, folders and disks. You can choose one or more pairs of files, folders or disks then FS will synchronize or backup those exactly. On each session you can apply special options like Timers, Multiple pairs of folders, Filters, Exclude Items, Auto-Mount local and remote volumes, launch your own AppleScripts, set how to resolve Conflicts, execute an incremental or an exact copy, include locked files and more. FS can run in background/hidden as a Login Item too.
Note:64-bit app successfully tested on macOS Sequoia and notarised by Apple, tuned-up for Retina displays with light and dark mode.

Hi, I've been a FoldersSynchronizer customer for years, and it's one of my favorite Mac utility apps (along with Default Folder). I just wanted you to know that I'm using it now to transfer more than 13K of work files from my iCloud Drive to my DropBox account, as I find DropBox to be more efficient and accessible from all of my devices. I love how it just sits there and works behind the scenes. Thanks so much for the product!

This has been a must-install app for me for many years. I am surprised at how underrated it is. I often recommend this for simple easy backup and sync. It's far more stable than the Finder for folders of several thousand items. I have this set up to backup and sync folders from my work drive to my archive drive.

I've been waiting for a 64-bit Catalina-compatible version of this software, or maybe switching to Chronosync. I just visited the Softobe site and apparently they released a 64-bit Catalina-tested Version 5 back on November 25, but here, MacUpdate still lists version 4.3.1 as the current version.
Time to update the MacUpdate listing, otherwise I'd like suggestions on which website to use to track non-App-Store updates. Because recently, MacUpdate has also been late listing other new versions, even for applications from major companies like Adobe.
